Privacy policy

When you submit a request (registration for a session, interest in a training course, quote request, being notified of a date), we collect: first and last name, phone number, and — if you provide them — wilaya and email address. This contact information is used to process your request: it is passed to the SSP Academy team, who will contact you back. If — and only if — you tick the optional box provided for this purpose, it is also used to inform you about new training courses, programmes, sessions and SSP Group news; you may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us. It is not resold.

For a company request (Companies page: inter-company, in-house, tailored), we also collect your company name, your position and the description of your training needs. This information is used solely for the commercial handling of your request by the SSP Academy team (needs assessment, proposal, quote). Paragraph pending SSP legal review.

We measure anonymous technical events ourselves (page views, forms started, requests sent) using a random browsing identifier, with no name, phone number or email. The origin of your visit (link UTM parameters, referring site) is kept to help us understand our campaigns. This technical data is purged periodically.

When you write to us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, the conversation is managed via the ManyChat tool. Only the elements useful for following up your request (your conversation ID, the displayed name, the phone number or email you provide, the training course you are interested in) are passed to the SSP Academy team so they can contact you back; the full content of the conversation is not copied into our internal tools. When you create an account to access the Technical Resource Centre, we collect: last name, first name, job title, company or organisation, phone number, email address, country and — if you provide it — your address. This information is used solely to manage your account, verify your email address and give you access to the full resource content. Your password is stored in an irreversibly encrypted form and is never disclosed. A minimal history of your views and downloads is kept for your "My Account" page. Creating an account does not subscribe you to any newsletter and does not constitute a commercial request. Account-related emails (verification, password reset) are strictly transactional. Necessary : operation of the site and forms (security, anti-abuse), and — if you have a member account — the authentication session cookie, essential for logging in. These cookies do not depend on marketing consent. When a campaign page tests two layouts (A/B test), a technical cookie ssp_ab stores the version shown so as to display the same one on each visit; it contains no personal data.

Audience measurement and Marketing : activated only with your consent via the consent banner. Without consent, the site and forms function fully; only third-party tools are not loaded.

Your data is processed in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data, as amended and supplemented. Reference personal and business data (training records, registration management, customer relations) is hosted and protected on SSP Group's secure local infrastructure, at SSP headquarters in Alger. The ssp-academy.com website retains only the information necessary for its operation: your web account, your requests being transmitted and public content. Your data is not passed on to third parties for their own commercial use.
