Microsoft 365 Administration for SMEs

This training presents the general architecture of Microsoft 365 and its main services: Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. Participants create a test tenant, connect a domain to it, and organize identities, groups, roles and licenses.
The course covers the configuration of mailboxes, lists and resources, as well as simple mail flow rules. It also covers creating Teams teams, managing members and guests, meetings and document sharing.
The hands-on practice includes activating MFA, managing an employee's departure and restoring data. The training ends with a first-level operations and troubleshooting methodology adapted to a Microsoft 365 environment for SMBs.

Have a good foundation in Windows and the Office suite, and know the concepts of IP networking, DNS, domain names and the Internet.
