IT Fleet Management & Maintenance for SMEs

This training prepares participants to structure the day-to-day management of an IT fleet comprising desktops, laptops, printers, network equipment, licenses and software. Participants build an inventory and define standards for workstations.
The course covers preventive and corrective maintenance, hardware and software diagnostics, the replacement of simple components, and the management of local or network printers. It also covers system updates, antivirus and essential applications.
Hands-on practice includes the inventory of a mini fleet, the reinstallation of a workstation according to a company scenario, fault diagnostics, printer management and the setup of a maintenance plan. A ticketing tool and tracking tables are used to document and prioritize interventions.
